Herrero, PE, is a Florida‑registered professional engineer with over two decades of experience in civil and structural engineering, construction management, and commercial property assessment. His background spans leadership roles including Professional Engineer, General Manager, and Project Manager, overseeing multimillion‑dollar projects across utilities, commercial developments, hospitals, educational facilities, and specialized construction services. At DDSM Consulting LLC, he focuses on civil/structural design, special inspections, QA/QC, value engineering, and risk assessments for construction projects, bringing technical rigor and operational expertise to every engagement.

Ignacio A. Rodríguez is a detail‑oriented construction professional with over six years of experience in building inspections and construction management.
