We are DDSM Consulting LLC, a firm that was established in 2006 and has grown over the years by the passion we have for our work. We set out to create a place where all engineering needs that tend to arise could be solved under one roof. Not only have we achieved that, but we have done so much more. 

Over the last 19 years, DDSM Consulting has become a full-service engineering firm capable of  solving complex engineering problems and designing projects from the ground up. Our team handles a wide range of services including Milestone Inspections, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies, Property Condition Assessments, Engineering Design, Work Without Permit Legalizations, 5-Year Drainage Certifications, and Building Violation Resolutions.
